We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new global program for girls: Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls. This transformative initiative is designed to empower girls to become strong, successful, and fulfilled adults by providing them with the tools and resources they need to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams.

Dream It, Be It targets girls in secondary school who may face various challenges that hinder their future success. Through this program, girls will gain access to professional role models, career education, and valuable resources to help them navigate their journey towards success.

Soroptimist clubs will collaborate with girls in small groups or through conferences, providing them with tailored information and support to help them thrive. Topics covered will include exploring career opportunities, setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles, and learning how to bounce back from setbacks or failures.

Dream It, Be It complements Soroptimist's longstanding program, Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women (formerly known as the Women's Opportunity Awards). Together, these initiatives ensure that women and girls have the necessary education, training, and support to realize their full potential and live fulfilling lives.
